To successfully introduce Motowinch to the global market as the world’s first patented radio-controlled electric sport winch while building a strong brand identity, digital presence, and community engagement. The primary focus was to drive product awareness, establish credibility, generate early traction through e-commerce and social channels, and position Motowinch as a category leader in action sports.
