SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

M2 Media & Marketing LLC (“M2 Media & Marketing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a voluntary SMS/text messaging program (the “Program”). By enrolling in or otherwise using the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms. These Terms apply in addition to any other agreements you may have with us.

2. Enrollment & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number or otherwise opting in to the Program, you (i) represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and (ii) expressly consent to receive recurring automated and/or non-automated promotional, informational, and transactional SMS/text messages from or on behalf of M2 Media & Marketing at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received. You are responsible for any charges billed by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We respect your privacy. Information collected in connection with the Program will be used as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Eligibility & Mobile Number Ownership

You must be 18 years or older or have the consent of a parent/guardian to enroll. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and will notify us immediately if you change numbers or no longer use the number.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website or sending you notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that M2 Media & Marketing and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to your participation in the Program or from any delay or failure in receiving SMS messages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of (insert state), without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in (insert county/state).
